Disney is hoping some people will shell out big bucks for a chance to buy a home at Walt Disney World Resort.
The company announced plans to build a new community called Golden Oak.
Disney said the gated community will eventually have more than 400 homes located southeast of the Magic Kingdom, near Bay Lake.
People who live in the community will get theme park benefits and private, VIP transportation.
The homes will cost between $1.5 million and $8 million.
Disney said it has begun accepting $25,000 deposits.
The first completed homes are projected for 2011.
